Olga’s
is an Italian restaurant with a special focus on
PIZZA. After an exciting day spent rafting down the Zambezi River you can taste a real Italian
Pizza, cooked in a wood fire oven as in the
Italian tradition by our great team of chefs!
Very soon we'll reopen our relaxing and comfortable accommodation
in the center of Livingstone near to all the attractions
that Zambia’s tourism capital offers!

Olga’s
is the final stage of an educational project
for vulnerable youth of Livingstone. While
enjoying our Italian cuisine and shopping at our showroom,
you give more chances to disadvantaged youth to build
their future!
All Olga’s profits go to the Youth Community
Training Center (YCTC),
a certified school built by the diocese of Livingstone
and CeLIM
(an Italian NGO). The school provides free training
in catering, carpentry, tailoring, plumbing, computer
and bricklaying to orphans and vulnerable youth. Some
of the best graduates of YCTC are now employed at Olga’s.

idea behind our project is: "Do not give me a fish but
teach me how to fish" and Olga's proves that it works.
So,
